Why Does My Eye Keeps Watering?

My right eye keeps watering. Even now, when I type this, I have to wipe my right eye. I have a desk job and am on the comp for 2-3 hrs. and reading material/newspapers for 2-3 hours. I have to been to the ophthalmologist , who put a syringe to see whether tear ducts were blocked. It gets aggravated in sunlight. Another opthalmol said it is due to stress on eyes (by reading/comps etc.) Pl. advise. I am above 55 years of age.

Hello dear...
All these symptom indicate that you might be having Computer Vision Syndrome.
So...to get relief, you should avoid looking continuously at the screen.
Give rest to your eyes for 2 min in every half hour, splash cold water.
Also use sunglasses or goggles while going out in sun.
Another reason of concern may be due to different refractive power in both the eyes.
So...if the symptoms still persist, it will be better to consult your Ophthalmologist & get a refractory check done.
Wishing you good health & a speedy recovery.
Thanks and Take care.
