Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be bullous impetigo. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend a course of antibiotic like Cefixime in proper dose for a week with anti-inflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic cream like Mupirocin. Improve immunity and hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
