Why Does It Hurt So Bad When I Defecate?

I'm 25 yrs old and had my 3rd baby about 13 wks ago,about 4-5 wks after I had her when ever I would go poop it started to feel like I'm pooping glass.and every to
e there is blood. I hate to use the bathroom cause it hurts so bad I cry and even get the shakes. I am still taking prenatals and synthroid for my thyroid and I have pcos. Why does it hurt so bad and do I need to see a dr.?

The symptoms given above could be due to intestinal infection or dysentery. If I would be the doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with a single dose of tablet Secnidazole. If the symptoms persist, then the stool needs to be sent for culture sensitivity and routine test. Sometimes diet may be the cause, so try to change the diet too and stop worrying.
