Why do the testicles move on their own?

hello i am experiencing a worm like marks on my penis and scrotum and my scrotum is moving around like the are almost alive. it started out about a month ago when i cut myself shaving my pubic area. Now these have shown up, they are not painful but i have notice that my right testical is very much smaller than my left one and while i was in the shower i notice my testicals moving around on their own. what is this cause of this and what should I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The minor up and down movements of testicle in scrotum is normal physiologically due to suspension ligaments. If continuous, unusual movements then have to consult doc for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

My friends are in the middle of moving. The gut tried to move a heavy tool cabinet by himself today, and for sharp pain in his testicle area. Now you can tell he can hardly move. He is too embarrassed to go to doc and his fiance is worried about him. Is there something they should be doing or will it get better on its own?

My left testi moves around in it s sack. This makes my penis extend an shrink. And not in the hard excited way. It stays soft and the testi is sensitive an doesn t take much for it to get hurt. I had a family doctor tell me it was a vericose vein?? I m not sure how to spell that. Can you offer any insight??

I have a swollen left testical and I think it s from an infection. I don t remember pulling it from lifting anything. I have an image to show, but my real problem is that I have a very serious phobia of hospitals. Could you be able to tell if it will heal on its own with an image?
