Why Do I Have Sensation Of Chest Pain And Throbbing In Head When I Hold My Breath For Long Time?

I have a pacemaker- Sick sinus syndrome,Syncope and bradicardia. I have recently had chest pain (a strained feeling) and throbbing in my head and ears as well as more visible veins. each episode last about 2 minutes. it has happened 3 times...feels like the same sensation as when you hold your breath for along time...what is this???

Hi,

You should have carotid ultrasound done, it is possible, that you have narrowed arteries, so the blood supply to the brain in decreased, which causes such symptoms.
