Usually repeated masturbation should not be painful. If a small quantity of semen from previous ejaculation remains in the urethra, it may cause pain. Prostate infection may also cause pain. If it is really bothering you, then consult a Urologist who will have to examine you and do the necessary investigations and treat you accordingly.
