Why Do I Have Deranged Level Of Neutrophiles?

Hi i'm a 19 year old man, i've recived my bloodresults right now, everything seems to be fine except of the neutrophile.
i've been told that it is on 0,5.. My friend told me that cancer can be the reason, but if the other things is normal does cancer have a effect on all the things in my blood or can it also be only the neutrophiles?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of neutrophilia refers to increased neutrophils.
The normal range for neutrophils is between 40-75%.
Levels above this range is called neutrophilia.
Neutrophilia is seen in cases of bacterial infection, inflammations, stress and blood loss.
Neutrophils are also increased in neoplastic condition however, neoplastic conditions are less common.

Thanks and take care
