Why Do I Feel A Form Of Vibration Around My Abdomen?
Just about some days back, I started noticing that I feel a form of vibration around my extreme left abdomen just below the extreme left rib cage. It comes and goes any time irrespective of my activity. I also notices a slight pain (not really painful but I am worried) around my left lower back pelvic when I bend, walk etc. I am of 28yrs, male, weigh about 64kg and 1.69mm of height. Pls what could be wrong with me.

This looks to be due to a muscle spasm compressing some nerve causing vibrations. There is a possibility of spinal problem although the symptoms are not much pronounced.
I would advise such a patient to undergo a clinical examination by a Orthopedic / Neuro surgeon to rule out any spinal problem
