Normally penis get erection from external stimuli like porn movie,sex chat or talking to girlfriend initially. however its main cause of erection is sex center in your brain which activated during above all activities.According nature's law after this type of erection penis has to enter in to vagina for sex and to prevent friction some fluid secret from it when it is ready to enter.
So this transparent and adhesive type of fluid comes while you talk to your girlfriend.
Cramps you mentioned after ejaculation has nothing to do with your masturbation or orgasmic activity after talking to girlfriend.

As you feel cramps only on right side there must be some other problem in your muscle.Consult orthopedic doctor for it's treatment.

One thing is in which position you masturbate.If that position has to do something with your leg movements, it is possible that you got cramps after masturbation.But in that case still problem is in your leg not in sexual organs or any relation with sexual activity directly.

The transparent and sticky fluid which is discharged from your penis when you are talikng to your girlfriend is likely to be preseminal fluid and not semen. Having a discharge of preseminal fluid without ejaculation when in a sexual mood is normal. So, you don't have to worry about this.

The cramps that you have mentioned is not related to masturbation. Masturbation is considered as a normal human sexual behaviour and does not result in any bad effects on health. The crams could be due to dehydration, salt imbalance or due to fatigue. So, I would suggest that you drink plenty of fluids, take adequate salt in your diet and also include items like tender coconut, banana, etc. which are rich in potassium.

To increase the ejaculation time, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication available which can help delay ejaculation time. So, if this problem is very distressing, I would suggest that you consult a doctor for further help and treatment.
