Why Do I Wake Up Unable To Stand Up While Whole Body Feels Numb ?

I wake up feeling weak to the point I can't stand up my body feels number and if I do make my self stand up than my eyes black out and I feel even weaker. This isn't an every day thing but maybe 2 or 3 times a week. And I want to know if I might have something wrong with me. This has been happening for the last 5 months now. Also heart falier and diabetes runs in my family. And I forgot to tell you that when
I wake up feeling we I sometimes get this feeling in my chest like I have a lot of pressure on me as if someone was pressing down on my chest and my back hurts down low and up top kind of bad a lot.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem if you do have a history of diabetes and heart disease then this has to be evaluated because uncontrolled diabetes and heart issues may cause fatigue and other symptoms, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
