Why Do I Wake Up Every Morning Feeling Like I Didn T Get Any Sleep With Headaches And Fatigue ?

Hello, I wake up every morning feeling like I didnt get any sleep. I have dreams that make me feel like my brain is running at 100mph. I wake up with headaches around my eyebrows and feel fatigued through out the day. I also cant sleep through the night, but I have no problem falling asleep

early morning awaking is towards underline depression. U should consult a psychiatrist u get yourself checked to rule out any depressive symptoms.
