Why Do I Suffer From Pain In My Knees ?

When I walk or run i oftern get these huge pains in my knees. Sometimes its on my right and other times its on my left. I m in my early teens, I weigh around 45-48kg and im female. I have never had any operations but I ve only suffered minor iron deficiency .

You may get CT / MRI scan done of both your knee joints. Becuase you are not overweight or you have not suffered any accident you should get yourself properly scanned.
Till that time you may do some QUADRICEPS STRENGTHENING exercises. You may also take some CALCIUM supplementation.
