hello i have gone through the brief explaination of your illness. according to that I think you are having acute gastroenteritis caused by bacteria through contaminated food or water.as you said you are having right sided pain and fowl smelling stool it can be bacteria called salmonella. first of all you have to keep yourself adequately hydrated you can use ors/electral powder pack mixEd in one lit ofor clean water and keep drinking it. you will need some antibiotics ofloxacin and ornidazole available as tab o2 or oflox Oz twice daily after meals,tab pantaprazole and doperidone available as pantop d twice daily before food, and prebiotics capsule gi OK or vibact one a day after food all for 5 days . thank you regards and wish you good health!
