Why Do I Keep Getting Dizzy Feeling In My Head?

i had a migraine last wednesday night and about an hour after the migraine when i had recovered i got 2 buzzing dizzy feelings in my head. i then woke up the next morning and could barely stand i was so dizzy. this wore off though until i went to go to bed had sex with my boyfriend went upstairs to use the bathroom and felt very dizzy on my way down the stairs my hearing began to go all fuzzy but came back to normal in about 10/15 mins. Its sunday now and the only time ive felt dizzy the past few days is when i go to bed and when i turn to move my body & head onto the opposite side i get that fuzzy feeling dizzy spell that fades as i stay still. any advice?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have some infectipon in the internal ear, due to which you may have this feeling in some positions, like turning to some side.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylephrine, citrizine, and diclofenac sodium.
