Hello ma'am and welcome.

Any/all symptoms experienced during pregnancy need to be reported to the doctor overlooking your pregnancy in order to ensure safe continuation of your pregnancy. So I would first recommend you schedule a visit to your doctor.

A few of these symptoms can be considered normal during pregnancy due to the various changes your body is undergoing, whilst others could also be a sign of an abnormality so please do report to your doctor ma'am. If at all everything is found to be normal your doctor will recommend remedies to make your pregnancy more comfortable for you.

Best wishes.
