Why Do I Have Palpitations While Suffering From Hypothyroidism, Hashimotos, Panic Attacks And Anxiety?

Hello I have hypothyroidism and Hashimotos. For the last year I have been through the mill!! I started having heart palpitations last Jan this all lead to stomach issues which lead to many urgent care visits then to the GI Dr who performed a endoscopy which lead to telling me I was clear of everything and I have anxiety. I am very sensitive to medications tried Zoloft and it sent me straight into a panic attack. Tried Effexor that made me feel weird. I'm now on Celexa . My Dr started me out on like an 1/8th of a 10 MG tablet about 20 days ago. I have since upped it to about 5 MG. I have been still feeling like crap every single day!! I have stomach problems still so my Dr put me on a no dairy no rice no wheat diet and I'm on 20 MG per day of Prilosec which I have been taking for about 8 days now. For the past couple of weeks I have been having sweaty cold feet and my stomach arms and body at times feel HOT! I can't gain any weight . I feel hungry and if I don't eat I feel weird then when I do eat I don't feel well? I take 10 MG of Ambien to sleep because I could not sleep worth a darn. That gets me to about 2 or 3 in the morning then I can't fall back to sleep. I feel like the doctors are missing something! oh and when I was first diagnosed with a thyroid disorder my TSH was 96 and my antibodies for Hashimotos was like 3500. HELP!

it seems like you should have your titrw for hashimoto thyroid antibodies since it can cause thyroid over secretion & is root of all your troubles
and you should keep on taking prednisolone or increase dose depend on titre
