Why Do I Have Pain Near Anus After A Vaaft Surgery For Fistula?

Hi
I went thru a vaaft surgery for fistula in ano on 31st August 2013
There is no obvious signs of recurrence but there is pain near anus. This pain resides for 5-6 hrs daily after passing stool. I am unable to concentrate on my work and travel to work because of this

1)      The tissue needs time to heal after surgery.

2) The pain is because tissue slowly grow and old ones are replaced and hence pain.
