Why Do I Have High BP At The Beginning Of The Day?

I'm 46+ years old (Height -175 cm, Weight -80 kgs) with sound health. I get good sleep at night and do regular exercise. My blood pressure remians 125/85 normally and I went through a through cardiovascular pathological checkup (including TMT & ECG) recently and the results were normal.

Recently I've noticed that my blood pressure remains 130/ 95 immediately after waking up in the morning (I checked it for the last seven cosecutive days), and it gets normalised as the day progresses.

Plesae advice.

Hello

After reading the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your blood pressure is within normal limits. The normal recommended range of blood pressure for adults is upto 140/90 mmhg.
Your diastolic is just slightly raised but that could again be due apparatus mechanical error or can also be examiner dependent variation.

So just maintain healthy lifestyle habits and you will be all fine. Just relax.

I wish you good health
