Why Do I Have Fever, Headaches, Vomiting And Nausea?

I have had several instances over the last 2 years when I start feeling extremely feverish from my neck up and then will get a really bad headache and then a nauseas feeling until I regurgitate. Each time this has happened the symptoms are always the same and I always vomit at least three times. I can call it right on the money every time it happens. I saw a doctor for it 2 or 3 times last year and he kept treating me for a virus, by no other name, and then I saw another doctor this year who did some blood work and said he thought it was reflux but would see what the test results were showing. All the test results come back fine, so is it true that this could really be some type of reflux? It happened again on Saturday and I m just curious as to whether or not it could be some other underlying issue.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of acid reflux or a chronic degenerations of the cervical vertebral column. For this reason, I recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy and a cervical vertebral column X ray study.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
