Althea is a birhtcontrol pill and is a hormonal preparation. If you have been taking the pills regularly then i guess there is hardly any chance to get pregnant.Ideally you should get your periods with in 3-4 days or even a week after completing the strip of the tablet. But if in any case you do not get your periods then consult a Gynaec as the delay may be due to hormonal imbalance. She will examine and treat you.
