Why Do I Have Burning Sensation While Passing Urine Though The Tests Are Normal ?

sir my age is 24 i m a boy i fell burning sensation in the penis all the time i had done urine routine test many time but the report was normal when i passes urine the urine seems to be very hot ultrasound report is also normal is there any problem? which tests i have to do? my weight is also not increasing i have itching type pain on back side near kidneys

Hi,
As your all reports are normal so there is only possibility of having some local infection on glans penis.Some time poor local hygiene may lead to collection of smegma on the glans causing irritation and chronic infection on the part giving itching type of pain.
So clean the part by averting the skin on glans daily while taking bath.
Take plenty of water.
As urine and ultra sound reports are ok,you do not worry.
