Hi welcome to Health Care Magic.
First of all let me tell you drugs is not the solution for constipation. If you start taking medicines for constipation, our body gets adopted to it and without medication you will find it difficult to have bowel movement. Best is to try natural methods such as drinking plenty of water, daily intake of fruits such as bananas, grapes etc. along with lot of vegetables in your daily meals.
Hard stools can scratch the inside of your bowels and cause bleeding and constipation can cause abdominal cramps.
However it is advisable that you consult a doctor to exclude any other pathology.

Hi , Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What is your Age and Gender? Do you have associated Nausea, vomiting or fever? You haven't mentioned whether It is a Fresh Bright red blood or brown colored blood in your Stools? Because the bleeding will be different for different conditions. Your symptoms suggest Hemorrhoids or Anal Fissure. You may want to get yourself examined by a General Surgeon, so that he can examine you thoroughly and rule out the exact cause. You may require both Oral and Topical Medications. Drink Plenty of water and eat fiber rich fresh fruits and Green Leafy vegetables. Do sitz bath daily, that Requires you to sit in warm water for a short period of time. It promote healing and ease discomfort by encouraging blood flow to the anal area. It also helps relax the anal sphincter. It also has a soothing effect on your Constipation Problem.

Wish you Good Health.
