Why Do I Have A Sharp Stabbing Like Pain In My Abdomen ?
I am 6 months pregnant with my first child, the past few days I have been experiencing a sharp stabbing like pain and then moves down to my vagina, although it only lasts for a few minutes it is extremely painful and makes it hard for me to even make a slight movement.. What may be the cause of this please help.

Pain starting in the flank and moving down to the vulval region could be due to stone in the ureter. Any way you need to consult your obstetrician, who, if necessary will advise for an ultrasound scan and manage accordingly.
