Why Do I Get Sudden Pain In My Penis ?
hi, i am karpan 28 year old and i am suffering from paining of my penis for about 8 yrs when sperm ejaculate automatically in my dream. It happens only at that time and it happens so severely for10 to 15 minuttes or more amd i feel urine is coming out n as i urine my penis pain that much i can t move, sir i used to masterbate too in the age between 10 to 21 yrs but now i don t do, as it comes to normal condition i feel just like nothing had happen i.e no paining no any feel of paining that i forget to go treament but it happens sometimes in a week 2 to 3 tims and in a month,i am afraid if i do sex in future and if it appears .please help me i am in so distress.

Some times during night discharge if erection of penis is not proper this problem may occur.
You might have some infection in urinary tract or in the prostate you may get same problem.
Go for routine urine check up.
Take plenty of water.
