General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there..

Thanks for writing in.

The possibilities that come to my mind are viral gastroenteritis, acidity/gastritis, gastrointestinal Tuberculosis etc.

I would advise you to visit a physician who will examine you and order further investigations if he/she thinks it is necessary.

In the meantime:
Take Probiotics like lactobacillus which helps in maintaining the normal gut flora.
Eat bland food like rice gruel , bread toast etc.
Have small frequent meals rather than 3 large meals.
Have warm water at regular intervals.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
