Why Do I Get A Feeling Of My Heart Being Squeezed When I Lie Down ?

when i lie down it feels like someone is touching, and at times squeezing my heart . it began about two weeks ago. i am 41 and weigh about 265 and am 6 ft tall

Hi,Angel,thanks for query.Please look for any problem that you have while doing some work,exertion etc.if you are having pain while you work then one has to look for cardiac problem.The problem that you have seems to be due to some digestive problems.Please get your blood pressure checked and in case of more discomfort to be on safer side,please get your EKG done.wishing you good health.
