hi i m 27 years old singal i m doing masturbation in the age of 15 now i still do masturbation.now i feel verry weakness eye site weak hair fall and no stiffness in penis and very low sperm count .many time i m doing masturbation then no semen came out.my uric acid level more then 6.6 i feel joints pain.i have only one kidney conjanitally.what i do?

Masturbation does not give you weakness.
You have different reason of your weakness.May be anemia due to undernourishment.
Take healthy nourish vitamin rich diet .
Avoid junk foods.
As you have borderline uric acid with joint pain you should consult orthopedic doctor for that.
Congenital one kidney doesn't give you any complication.
