Why Do I Feel Uneasy After Taking Tryptomer?

I have been advised by my doctor to take Tryptomer 10 mg one tab daily at night. But in last 4 days, i have taken it only twice but now not taking as i feel sleepy for 8-10 hours next day. Also I feel like a current is running internally in me which i am not able to explain. Kindly advise.

Thanks for the query

The current running through your skin is an unusual side effect of tryptomer and might not be related to it. I advice you to visit a neurologist for further evaluation of that.
Sleepiness and drowsiness is a side effect of tryptomer and I advice you to half the current dosage after consulting your doctor
