Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of choking in throat in morning hours and accumulation of saliva.

Your this problem is because of acidity in stomach and this is medically called as GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease). To manage it you should do-

1- Avoid spicy food.

2- Took antacid with ppi.

3- Avoid smoking & tobacco.

4- Drink adequate fluid orally.

5- Take proper rest and sleep.

Above will most likely solve your problem.

Regards.
