Why Do I Feel Pain In My Testis And Groin?
Some days back i have pain in my left testical the pain is gone after 45 to50 min . But now i have light pain in my gorine area and when i sleep my left testical goes horizontal without any pain and i only put my testical into vertical position plz give me the ans

This pain and position of testis you described nicely is due to a condition called torsion -= rotation of testis along its axis.
If the rotation is more to cause block blood vessels , it causes pain , if severe enough to stop blood supply, you may get a dead testis.
I would suggest you to sea Urologist and get the testis fixed to avoid further attacks and most important its complication .
