Hi,
welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
It seems you have injured your meniscus or ligament of the knee.
Get examined by an arthroscopic surgeon & MRI of the knee done.
If there is some injury to the meniscus/ligament , it means you require arthroscopic surgery
Send your MRI to me at drsssoni@gmail.com & I can suggest further line of treatment
