Why Do I Feel Numbness And Chest Pain?

Why do I feel numbness and chest pain and my physicians say I OK ? I have this feeling of persistant but slight heaviness over my heart area and I feel numness on my right arm.Ibelieve that these are signs of infarction.Why when I did a heart chart yjey said I was fine.I m diabetic !

They should check for some kind of arterial blockage

Your symptoms might be because of an MI (which is more alarming) or just a chest bone pain or a gall stone pain or peptic ulcer disease. Test like ECG , Stress test Echo cardiogram can detect if you have any heart disease.If these test come negative , it is unlikely you have any infarction.You should get a gall stone work up too. So , I guess you can relax and get a complete workup.
