Why Do I Feel Nauseated During The Day?

Whenever I go somewhere, am in the car or if i get nervous or excited I have to use the restroom. and its been since the summer.. I also for the past couple weeks I have been feeling very nauseous during the day and when I go to sleep. what wrong with me?!

It looks to be a anxiety disorder. Do you feel like that when you go to a strange place. I would like you to visit a psychiatric doctor,He will be able to advice you about your condition. You can take a anxiety relieving drug like alprax when this is too much disturbing for you.
