Why Do I Feel Like Crying Over Silly Things?

hello sir, I am 23 years now. I am in a relationship for last 2 years. We are having some understanding problems which creating disturbance in our relationship. Now i am suffering from a problem of frequent crying. I start crying for a silly reason. I cant show my anger it turns into tears. please help whats the reason behind this??
