Why Do I Feel Dizzy And Sick, 15 Days Post Surgery?

Hi I am now on day 15 after Starr surgery, I went to see my gp a few days ago as I'm feeling dizzy and sick like I am drunk when I stand and walk. I thought this may be caused by the tramadol, which I have now stopped as I can manage on basic pain relief. Any ideas? Surely this still can't be the anesthetic!

Hai no doubt tramadol is a very good drug, it has mild opioid properties, ur complaints can be due to this, if u r 5n now without pain, pls stop the tablets.it has almost nil anaesthetic properties
