Having severe stomach cramps with sweating and feeling like I am going to faint. there does not seem to be any pattern or anything I am eating that is making it happen, just happens randomly about 1 or 2 times a month or less but it is intense when it happens. symptoms go away as soon as I go to the bathroom

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Many of the intestine conditions do present with sudden stomach cramps relieved by bathroom visit as irritable bowel syndrome or else.

In my clinic, after detailed counselling and history taking, I recommend primary symptomatic therapy with the further need for an evaluative pattern of radiology as per the progress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
