I hope that a sexologist can answer my question... My problem is that I turn on when I touch and sometimes squeeze my friends necks... I am a straight male and I think that i have a neck fetish, but why do I turn on with the necks of my female AND MALE friends...??

This is just a natural process and no one knows what can turn you on.
Everyone's choice is unique and very personal.
There is no worry unless you are hurting someone's neck...
Carry on- being sexually normal is more important , this is not fetish at all.
