Why Do I Develop Small Black Rashes When I'm In Sun Or When I Apply Petroleum Jelly ?
Tiny black things pop out of skin when I apply petroleum jelly or oil after I shower. The same thing happens when I am in the sun. What can this be?

this may be tiny black heads which r there in pores
use good cleanser with salicylic.
avoid applying petroleum jelly as it increase ur problem
avoid direct sunexposure
better to consult dermatologist
