Why Do I Bleed In Clots Post Sex?

I had a laproscopic hysterectomy a few years ago....have had no issues. My doctor told me I would have spotting after but should fade as time went on....he was right. It seems like everything has been going as he states however lately when I have sex with my husband, I bleed and it s like small clots of blood that come when I use the restroom (only after sex). Is that normal?

it seems to be a serious matter. The reason could be a growth in cervix or infection, cervical erosion . Please consult a gynecologist for internal exam and get a pap smear done.
