Why Did I Get Angry After Donating Blood?

I am 19 After I donated blood i felt angry all of a sudden but i felt really light too not light headed like i could move faster and i noticed that i took notice of every thing around me like myy sense became a bit hightened from the experence should I be concerned?

We had carried out many blood donation camps from many years but we haven't find even a single case of such which complaints of short temperedness. Donating a blood is a very good and noble cause. Do as much you can give. Also inspire for your known for blood donation.
