Why did I feel dizzy and was unable to walk?

After being outside all day Fri watering the grass, I came and sat down to check my e-mail and when I stood up I got real dizzy & almost past out. So I sat back down & it subsided but I still felt off in my head. When I woke up sat it was worse. I was trying to take a shower & I started dry heaving & got real dizzy. So I laid down all day & night & felt better but my head still dizzy. When I woke up sun I was a lot better but still off. I have been lying down all day & right now I can walk around, but still a little dizzy. I was wearing sun glasses all day & it helped a lot. Any ideas what happened

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have vertigo, the reason may be the infection of the internal ear, hypertension, hypo tension, diabetes, ischemia of brain, anemia etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have M.R.I, and other tests for diagnosis.
It is not syncope, if it is so may have relief in a matter of some minutes. Relief with the bath may be psychological.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
