Why Chest Is Paining Every Time While Eating?

I ate a piece of hard garlic bread on Sunday and had a hard time getting it down. I finally got it down but now have pains in center of my chest every time I eat and it still hurts 5 days later. I have extreme anxiety because it took so long to get down and chest is still painful

According to your complain you have problem of pain at central part of chest that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease or gastritis problem. Mention your type of pain and intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor. Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. Detail history and investigation helpful for diagnosis. Stress can aggravate these symptoms. Avoid spicy food and too fatty foods and junk foods. Drink more water per day.
