Read your prob, you are unable to walk due to prob at lunber disc as it compress the nerve which cause of neurological difiencincy n weakness of both legs. cause of numbness n tingling sensation on foot. other cause of unable to walk is DVT as you have heart prob. discuss it with your doc n take proper treatment.
