Why Baby Is Frequently Vomiting Milk After Feeding?

I have twin babies-girls. Now they are 2 and half months age. The problem is on feeding the elder one.She vomits milk like cards after breast feeding. Doctor advice to feed Isomil (soya infant food), now she is more or less okay but vomiting spontaneously more or less. Please help how to remove this.

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that this problem might be due to over feeding or with feeding of breast milk there might be swallowing air along with milk producing vomiting while air coming out afterwards.
So after feeding keep child straight on standing position which allows trapped air to come out.
Ok and take care.
