Why are the veins in the forehead of an infant standing out?

Hi, my one year old was at the bottom of the stairs not crying so I m not sure if she fall down or if she crawled down, no injuries and she s acting the same but I have notice her viens in her forehead stand out now? Should I be concern? What does this mean?

There is definitely no cause for worry even if she fallen down provided following criteria are fulfill
1. Is behaving normally
2. No vomiting
3. No abnormal movements
4. Eating well.
5. Playful.
