General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastroenteritis. I recommend using Imodium for the diarrhoea which is an over the counter option.

I also recommend taking daily probiotics. I suggest drinking liquids and eating a plain diet which has rice, bananas and apple juice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
