Why Are My Nails Of Legs And Hands Not Growing Properly ?
I am 39 years old and my both hand and legs nails ARE NOT GROWING ITS SPLITTING AND SOON BREAKING my both hand and leg nails are not growing . Especially legs nail get splitting and hand soon its breaking

Brittle nails or Onychirrhexis is your problem.The main conditions leading to brittle nails are anaemia(iron defeciency);excessive strong soap;nail polish remover;anorexia nervosa or bulimia;after oral retinoid therapy;and in few people suffering from psoriasis.The treatment depends on the cause and once the cause is treated recovery is possible.Please consult a Dermatologist for examination and treatment.
