Why Are My Lungs Painful?

i had RSV as a baby and got put in a tube of mist for 10 days. i have had pneumonia 13 times and i am 16 now. i have had bronchitis every year. i also have asthma but it is mild. i have pain in my lungs constantly now for about a 2 months and i was wondering what could be causing this.

I can understand your concern.
Recurrent bronchitis, asthma etc are known to cause pleurisy.
Pleurisy is inflammation of pleura.
It can cause chronic chest pain on deep breathing, coughing, sneezing etc.
So get done chest x ray to rule out other causes of pleurisy like lung infection, pleural effusion.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung infection or effusion.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
