Hi, Since you have symptoms of flu taking just one tablet maybe insufficient hence you are not getting the relief. Hence I would advise you the following: - Consult your doctor to have clinical evaluation, examination, investigations of throat and blood if needed. This will allow him to prescribe you additional medicines as needed, follow you well and have symptomatic relief too. - Take bed rest for early and good recovery. - Take plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration. - Povidone iodine gargles.
