Hallow Dear, Cerazette mini pills are progesterone only contraceptive pills and low bleeding is known after these pills. However, since you were under Cerazette mini pills and have discontinued them 5 weeks ago, you have to consider the possibility of pregnancy when your menses are over due for 11 days. You have done your pregnancy test which had reported negative; however, how many days after missing your period you had performed this test is important. These tests may report false negative if performed too early - within first week of missed period. Now that you have passed 11 days after missed period, please repeat the test again. This time it should give reliable result. If now also it is negative, you are not pregnant. Then you may consider this delay due to hormonal imbalance after discontinuing the contraceptive pills. You may take Tab. Deviry for 5 days, then you should get withdrawal bleeding within 4-7 days. If you are pregnant, which seems to be a possibility considering your other symptoms, please report to ante-natal clinic for check up.
